Skillibrium Launches Learn to Modernize Sales Coaching

All-in-one platform helps organizations meet revenue goals and reduce turnover

ATLANTA, Nov 21, 2024

Today, Skillibrium introduces Learn, an innovative sales performance and training module that brings together the previously announced sales playbooks and team coaching modules into a single, data and AI-driven platform.

Many organizations struggle with misaligned sales, pre-sales, and post-sales teams, leading to unclear expectations, disengaged employees, and unmet revenue goals. According to Gartner, 89% of sellers report feeling burned out from work. Over half (54%) of respondents report actively looking for a new job.

Organizations leverage Skillibrium’s all-in-one platform and proven approach to help sales teams meet their revenue goals and reduce turnover.

No other platform connects Skill Will assessment, sales process execution, and personalized learning paths, empowering leaders to coach, guide, and develop their revenue-producing teams in one place.

An integral part of Skillibrium 3.0, Learn offers out-of-the-box best practice training and learning that drives sales productivity and boosts the reps’ motivation to succeed. This third major release of the Skillibrium platform builds on the success of Skills/Abilities and Willingness coaching capabilities and integrated sales playbooks delivered earlier this year.

“Learn is not your traditional LMS; it’s tailored to sellers and how they consume information. As there’s no degree in sales, sellers want to hear from people that succeeded in a similar role.” – Glenda Watry, Fractional CRO and Founder, Watry Ventures.

Skillibrium Learn provides situational microlearning, coaching, and skills enablement videos across the sales cycle. These single-theme shorts boost the sales team’s productivity and help them win more deals.

Several studies point to the value of microlearning over traditional long-form training. This German study concluded that students using microlearning responded faster to questions and increased their test results by 20% compared to a single long block of teaching.

Learn is integrated into Skillibrium Coach and Execute. When performance issues surface, leaders can apply existing learning paths or create custom journeys to help their team overcome particular sales challenges.

Here’s how it works:

  • Managers (Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Revenue, Operations, Enablement, HR, or L&D) choose lessons, courses, or learning paths for their teams using out-of-the-box content that aligns with their existing sales methods.
  • The manager assigns lessons, courses, or learning paths to individuals on their team, by job role, skill gap, within a descendant view of their organization.
  • As the employee moves through the content, their completion level for each module is tracked centrally.

Unlike legacy GTM platforms, Skillibrium can be implemented affordably in minutes with no integration costs. It comes preloaded with templates and topic-specific microlearning anyone can use.
