By using any of the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Definitions
PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be reasonably identified from that data (or from that and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession). We collect several types of Personal Data, which are described below in more detail.

Skillibrium Inc is an entity which is based in the United States of America (USA) and many of our Service Providers are also based in and operate from data centers located in the USA. This means that if you reside outside of the USA, Personal Data you share with us through the use of the Services or otherwise (e.g., by email or for on-line payments) will be transferred to the USA (an “Authorized Transfer” of your Personal Data). If you reside in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the UK, we will protect your Personal Data in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation (as modified by the Swiss Addendum if applicable) or the separate UK version thereof (as applicable, the GDPR as referenced below). Service Providers and Third Party Use of Personal Data
